Run this new version of the application. When the Registration Dialog box appears, just hit the "Register" button (do not input anything in the Registration Edit box). You will then be presented with a Get File Dialog box. Open your previously registered version of the application by either double clicking the old application or clicking the "Open" button. That's it!
Your registration will be transferred to this new version. You can then dispose of the old version.
Installation
QuicConfig uses the MindVision VISE Installer to install various components in their correct locations. Click "Install" to perform a complete installation. Then restart your Macintosh.
Documentation is provided in HTML format. Use your favorite Web Browser to read this documentation. If you are using Netscape, you only need to double click the
"StartHere.html" document. If you are using any other Browser, you will have to first launch your Browser, then open the " StartHere.html" document.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
1. License
Quicomm grants to you (either as an individual or entity) a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the SOFTWARE accompanying this license. You agree not to copy the SOFTWARE except as necessary to use it on a single computer system.
2. Copyright
You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the software remain the exclusive property of Quicomm. You agree that any copies of the SOFTWARE will contain the same notices and acknowledgments as provided in the SOFTWARE.
3. Reverse Engineering
The SOFTWARE contains copyrighted material, trade secrets and other proprietary material of Quicomm which you may not decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble. You may not modify or create derivative works based upon the SOFTWARE in whole or in part.
4. Limited Warranty
Quicomm warrants to you that the SOFTWARE will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. QUICOMM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. QUICOMM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED. FURTHERMORE, QUICOMM DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR RELATED DOCUMENTATION IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
5. Customer Remedies
Quicomm's entire liability and your sole and exclusive remedy shall be, at Quicomm's option, either to a). correct an error, b). help you work around or avoid an error, or c). authorize a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL QUICOMM OR ANY OF ITS DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY A THIRD PARTY.
7. Termination
This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate this License at any time by destroying the SOFTWARE and related documentation and all copies thereof. This License will terminate immediately without notice from Quicomm if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. Upon termination you must destroy the SOFTWARE and related documentation and all copies thereof.
8. Export
You agree that you will not export the SOFTWARE except as authorized and as permitted by the laws and regulations of the United States and/or the country of purchase.
9. Government End Users
If SOFTWARE is supplied under contract to the Department of Defense (DoD), use, duplication or disclosure is subject to restrictions set forth in clause(c) (1) (ii) of 252.227-7013 and restrictions set forth in the accompanying user agreement. If SOFTWARE is supplied under contract to a civilian agency, use duplication or disclosure is subject to 52.227-19 (a) through (d) and restrictions set forth in the accompanying user agreement. 10. Governing Law
This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this License, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the License shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this License shall continue in full force and effect.
11. Complete Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the you and Quicomm and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
